01Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Hansei Sp. z o.o., ul. Farbiarska 22, 02-862 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS 0000390725, NIP 9512342010, REGON 142977064 (“Hansei”, “we”). Contact: biuro@hansei.pl, +48 22 720 02 08.
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Polish data-protection law.
02What data we collect
- Contact data you provide via the contact form or email — first name, last name, company, job title, email address, phone number, and the content of your message;
- Event data when you register for a Hansei event — name, email, company, role;
- Technical data collected automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited (see Cookies below).
Providing contact data is voluntary, but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry.
03Purposes & legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b));
- Performing advisory agreements — contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b));
- Event organisation and follow-up — legitimate interest or consent (Art. 6(1)(a));
- Legal obligations, e.g. accounting — Art. 6(1)(c);
- Website analytics and security — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
04Who receives your data
Data may be shared with our IT, hosting and email providers (our hosting is located in Poland), accountants and legal advisors — under data-processing agreements and only to the extent necessary. When you view pages using embedded Google services (Google Fonts, the Google Maps embed on our contact page), your IP address is transmitted to Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. We do not sell personal data.
05Transfers outside the EEA
Where our work between Korea and Poland requires it, or where a service provider operates outside the EEA, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (the Republic of Korea holds one). Transfers connected with embedded Google services rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
06How long we keep data
- Enquiries — up to 24 months after our last contact;
- Contract data — for the term of the agreement and the limitation/tax periods required by law;
- Analytics data — per the cookie lifetimes below.
07Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Write to biuro@hansei.pl.
You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
09No profiling
We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making based on your personal data.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law or our operations. The current version, with its “last updated” date, is always available on this page.
10Social media
We maintain a company page on LinkedIn. When you interact with it, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company acts as a joint controller for page statistics; the interaction is also governed by LinkedIn’s own privacy policy.
