These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the website hansei.pl (the “Website”), operated by Hansei Sp. z o.o., ul. Farbiarska 22, 02-862 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS 0000390725, NIP 9512342010, REGON 142977064 (“Hansei”, “we”).

By accessing the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

02Scope of the Website

The Website presents information about Hansei’s cross-border advisory services between Korea and Poland, our projects, insights and events.

Content on the Website is for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice and does not form an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Engagements are governed by separate written agreements.

03Permitted use

You may browse the Website and use the contact functionalities for their intended purpose. You must not:

• interfere with the Website’s operation or security, or attempt unauthorised access;
• use the Website to distribute unlawful, misleading or malicious content;
• scrape, reproduce or re-publish substantial parts of the Website without our written consent.

04Intellectual property

The Website, including the Hansei name, logo, layout, text and graphics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights held by Hansei or its licensors. Partner and client logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.

05Liability

We take care to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Hansei is not liable for damage arising from reliance on Website content or from temporary unavailability.

The Website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

06Technical requirements

Using the Website requires a device with internet access and a current web browser with JavaScript enabled; the contact functionalities additionally require a working email address. Functional cookies must be allowed for language selection to persist. No registration or account is required.

07Complaints

Complaints regarding the functioning of the Website or its electronic services can be submitted to biuro@hansei.pl. Please describe the issue and provide contact details. We respond within 14 days of receipt.

08Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its “last updated” date, is always available on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.

09Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for Hansei’s registered office, unless mandatory consumer provisions state otherwise.
